MNGV has formed an understanding of Business Relationship with SELGATE to develop 10 units of Hospital in different district of Selangor.
Proposed concept of development
For the development of the masterplan facility requirements, the traffic forecast of both medium and high scenarios are being reasonably considered. The high forecasted scenario is able to safeguard the land area for future uses, while a medium scenario represents a more realistic assumption for the current planning, which is being elaborated more in the business proposal report.
Two development phases were defined for this masterplan study based on the medium scenario
Phase 1: Opening Phase: 2026 – 2036
This first phase corresponds to a vision of the key facilities that should be implemented at the opening of the airport, providing sufficient capacity for 10 years following the airport opening in 2026. The facilities are:-
- The first runway on the west side of the Passenger Terminal Building (3800m x 45m)
- The Passenger Terminal with a target capacity of 3 mppa
- Cargo facilities with a target capacity of 90k tonnes
